Yesternoon I visited the branch for my & my son's SB accounts (both are in other SOL Ids) pass book updating. Both books' bar code were scratched, the staff sitting near Cash counter, vry casually solved our issues & got the things done in a shortwhile, the service rendered by him is highly appreciable. To my experiences, it was an unexpected happy moment for us. When asked the name of the staff, he was busy in serving other customers & came to know he is Mr. GUNASEKAR, whose hospitality is highly commendable. May the Branch/Bank award such a staff member who not even know that they are doing such a great service to customers. This was my first visit & I never knew any of the staff members of the branch, none is relative to me. "Hats off" to Mr. Gunasekar & the cashier in the adjacent counter who also has been guiding Mr. Gunasekar in a pleasing way. The ambience, cleanliness & so many factors of the branch are overwhelming. Allthemore, the very purpose of Core Banking Solution is served in the branch.
