I have been holding an account at this branch for almost 10 years, and my overall experience has been quite decent. This is the IOB College Road branch, located on Chikkanna College Road. The bank is usually moderately crowded, but the service is manageable. One of the biggest advantages is that most of the staff are Tamil-speaking, which makes it very convenient for elderly or less-educated customers as there is no language barrier. The branch is fully air-conditioned and has enough seating space for customers, making the waiting time more comfortable. There is also parking space available, which adds to the convenience. Overall, it’s a reliable branch with satisfactory facilities and service.
