It's my personal opinion..Years back we had a different opinion in terms of waiting time and the staff behaviour, But now it is all resolved. I have an personal account in this bank from last seven years and used to visit for gold loan and other services. The gold loan department is much more better the moment we got one lady staff who weight the gold and give all the required details quickly and with nice smile on her face. Last year she was alone in that area, this year when I visited a month back she got another female staff who is sitting next to her. The front desk lady staff and counters next to manager room they are also responding well.Bank job is not an easy task as we think , we need to respect them like how public expects the respect from the staffs. They are going for lunch after 2 at times was shocked to see that. As we always have an opinion bank PPL will eat on time. Now a days they even call us to our personal number to call us to visit branch for anything which is highly appreciated. Ofcourse it a time taking process whenever we visit the bank still it's becoming smoother nowadays with many staffs ... keep up the good work team. Appreciate all your efforts. Thank you for your great service. You are slowly changing the government Bank name into a good one. It will be good if you don't make PPL to wait longer time and access them and send them sooner.and please arrange an extra seats for the PPL who can sit..also help the elderly/ uneducated ones on how to print the passbook as I do it every time I visit and you can have a dedicated person there
