I have been Baking with IOB Taleigao Branch since the past almost 20 years. I have always had a very good experience right from the beginning. Among the present day staff members, I must make a specific mention about Ms. Nita R Parmar. She has recently joined the branch but from the first day she was extremely friendly and very proactive. She is always trying ways and means to sort my issues as I am not very savvy with Digital Banking. Always smiling and extremely hard working. Very soft spoken too. I truly wish her good luck in all she does. The other staff members like Mr. Manguirish, Mr.Tushar, Madam Naina Kumari ( Ex Manager), have always been very cooperative and helpful making my overall Banking experience a memorable one.
